Is there a shipping charge?

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders, every time, including subscriptions.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, you can get a full refund.

All Earth’s Bounty products are guaranteed to the original purchaser, forever. The item may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at returns@earthsbounty.com

2. Provide us the name of the product & lot number

3. Tell us the reason for the return & if you would like a replacement, exchange or refund

You must have purchased a genuine Earth’s Bounty product from an authorized Earth’s Bounty reseller. If not purchased directly from us, please supply a copy of the invoice or receipt showing the price paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

We will not issue another refund to the same individual for the same product.  

How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the carrier tracking information. You can track either using that email link, directly from your account dashboard, or the carrier’s website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST Monday-Friday are generally shipped the same day either USPS or FedEx. All orders are processed in real-time and shipped Monday - Friday from our Phoenix, Arizona facility, and arrive typically 3-5 days after they’ve shipped.

My product was damaged or lost in transit - what should I do?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@earthsbounty.com. Include a picture of the product, order number and your contact info and we will make it right for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shop iherb.com for all international orders.
