Standard shipping is free for orders over $30. Otherwise, there is an $8.00 flat shipping fee for orders within the United States.

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the carrier tracking information. You can track either using that email link, directly from our tracking page, from your account dashboard, or the carrier’s website.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST Monday-Friday are generally shipped the same day either USPS or FedEx. All orders are processed in real-time and shipped Monday - Friday from our Phoenix, Arizona facility, and arrive typically 3-5 days after they’ve shipped.

• To initiate a return, (a) you must email us at returns@earthsbounty.com, (b) tell us the name of the product, (c) lot number, (d) reason for the return, and (e) if you would like a replacement, exchange or refund. You must have: (1) actually purchased a genuine Earth’s Bounty product, (2) from an authorized Earth’s Bounty reseller, (3) if not purchased directly from us, please supply a copy of the invoice or receipt showing the price paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

• If an item is returned because it did not work, or was not satisfactory, we will not issue another refund to the same individual for the same product.
